The EU law gives you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery – no reason needed.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to cancel it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
To submit your withdrawal request for a fulfilled order, email us with your Order ID at the Email Address below. You’ll receive an email confirmation upon processing your request, and once you return the goods, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.
Please note: some items are not eligible for withdrawal, including personalized goods and sealed hygiene products that have been opened.
